VIP Account Manager (iGaming) required in Cape Town.

This online gaming company offers betting and gambling products to the South African market and have partnered with leading wagering software providers to offer our players a first-class gaming experience.

Role Purpose: The VIP Account Manager is responsible for the retention, growth, and relationship management of high-value players across Sports Betting and Online Casino verticals.

The role focuses on:

• Increasing player lifetime value
• Driving retention and reactivation
• Delivering personalised, compliant, and exceptional service
• Protecting the business from fraud and responsible gambling risks

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in sports betting / online casino environment
• Experience in customer service, and VIP management
• Strong Excel/data interpretation skills
• Fluent in English with good communication skills (read, written and spoken)
• Qualification: Must have a matric and tertiary qualification will be advantageous
• Experience in an online gaming industry is a pre-requisite for the role
• Be willing to work onsite – Mon – Fri 08h00 to 17h00 and 15h00 to 12h00 (Rotational shifts)
• Must have reliable and secure transport arrangements or own transport (note evening shift ends at 24h00)
• Clear Criminal Record – Successful candidates will go undergo background and credit checks.
