Qualifications

• 2+ years in a supervisory/senior server role in a restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service etiquette.
• Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and standards adherence.
• Train new staff on service protocols, menu knowledge and procedures.
• Manage reservations and seating to optimize flow and minimize wait times.
• Address customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
• Assist with inventory control and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed in dining areas.
