Job summary

Bidvest Protea Coin is seeking a Vetting Administrator to handle ICrypto vetting input, onboarding/offboarding documentation, and uploading to ICrypto/MIE. You will maintain daily progress reports, liaise with the vetting office, and ensure confidentiality of all information.

Responsibilities include polygraph scheduling coordination, record keeping, and ensuring accuracy and completeness of information in all vetting records. Strong communication and integrity are essential.

Qualifications

• Deal confidently and effectively with people at all levels across the social spectrum.
• Excellent language skills (English).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good concentration and ability to work independently under pressure.
• Clean criminal record.

Responsibilities

• Accurate input into the ICrypto vetting system.
• Preparing documentation for onboarding/offboarding of individuals on ICrypto.
• Submit ICrypto documents to the vetting team for uploading.
• Maintain a daily vetting work in progress report with status of all files.
• Liaise with vetting office to collate outstanding documents and upload to ICrypto/MIE.
• Ensure confidentiality of information and documentation.
