Job summary

Moonspin is seeking a Verifications Analyst for a 6-month contract to ensure verification checks prevent identity fraud and meet SLAs. The role focuses on validating customers throughout the application process and coordinating KYC/document verification in a global ecommerce context.

You will perform investigations, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to mitigate losses and maintain data integrity. Shifts are required in a multinational operations environment.

Qualifications

• Understanding of verification channels and requirements.
• Experience working in an ecommerce business.
• Extensive knowledge of MS Office; Excel.
• Knowledge of KYC and document requirements in online gaming environment.
• Experience working for an international contact centre.
• Ability to work in different shifts.
• Ability to work in a multi-dimensional environment.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and verifying new and existing customers at various stages of the application process using verification tools and methodologies.
• Performing initial investigations and taking corrective action to mitigate losses by suspending suspected and closing confirmed fraudulent accounts.
• Respond promptly and effectively to incoming customer enquiries and document submissions through various channels.
• Additional operational tasks assigned by management.
• Identify area of concern and escape accordingly.
• Coordinate with internal teams for requirements related to preliminary KYC checks and document verification.

Purpose of the Role:

To ensure that all Verification related checks and internal checks are carried out to prevent identity fraud and ensure all SLAs are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying and verifying new and existing customers at various stages of the application process using a variety of verification and investigative tools and methodologies.
• Performing initial investigations and taking immediate corrective action to mitigate losses to the business by suspending suspected and closing confirmed fraudulent accounts.
• Respond promptly and effectively to incoming customer enquiries and document submissions through various channels including but not limited to emails and internal systems.
• Additional operational tasks assigned by management.
