Job summary

Craven Cottage CC is seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to lead a 100+ seat operation in Gauteng. You will oversee front-of-house, barista, cleaning, and reception teams, ensuring smooth daily service and guest satisfaction.

Key duties include staff rostering, training, cash-ups, stock control, and comprehensive reporting. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of management experience, excellent communication, and a hands-on leadership style suited to a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or higher educational attainment.
• Formal hospitality qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant management experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service focus.
• Proven leadership ability.
• Hands-on operations management including cash-ups, stock control, reporting.
• Staff management including performance, scheduling, training.
• Confident in FOH and BOH operations.
• Thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Well-presented, reliable and passionate about hospitality.
• Computer literacy with POS systems.
• Flexible with hospitality hours.
• Team leadership and ability to lead a team.
• Well groomed, reliable, courteous and flexible.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Charismatic.

Responsibilities
