KERSTON FOODS CC in Milnerton, Western Cape, seeks a Delivery Support Assistant to assist drivers and ensure on-time, accurate deliveries. You will help navigate routes, log start/end times, and liaise with accounts for COD payments, while upholding safety and company procedures.

Responsibilities include unloading, securing loads, maintaining clean vehicles, and reporting delivery discrepancies. The role requires warehouse/delivery experience and good English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 10.
• At least 2 years' experience in warehouse/distribution/delivery.
• Knowledge of safety practices for handling food products; FMCG experience advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Assist with navigation and recording delivery logs.
• Update routes and record start/end times at each stop.
• Analyse invoices, delivery sheets, and complete timesheets.
• Support drivers with COD authorizations and liaise with accounts.
• Assist with unloading, securing loads, and preventing damage.
• Keep vehicle and equipment clean and in good working order.
• Maintain safe warehouse environment and storage standards.
