Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in UX Research or related field.
• Experience planning, conducting, and analyzing user research studies.
• Proficiency with user research tools and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; able to articulate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing, contextual inquiries).
• Analyze research data to identify key insights, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop reports, personas, and journey maps; present findings to product and design teams.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and developers to embed user insights throughout the development lifecycle.
• Advocate for the user to ensure their needs inform product strategy and design decisions.
