Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX research or related user-centered research role.
• Proven track record of designing and conducting diverse research studies (interviews, usability testing, surveys, card sorting).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of qualitative and quantitative user research studies.
• Translate research findings into insights, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Develop and refine research methodologies and best practices for the team.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to identify research questions and opportunities.
• Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.
