Motus Multifranchise East Rand is seeking a Manager - Sales Pre Owned Vehicles to lead the preowned vehicle sales team in the East Rand area. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, developing effective strategies, and managing inventory to optimize revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record in the automotive industry, strong leadership, and excellent negotiation and communication skills to build lasting customer relationships and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Solid understanding of the automotive market and industry trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the used vehicle sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
• Develop sales strategies to increase market share and drive business growth
• Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
