Placements24 in Mahikeng, North West, is seeking an Urban Design & Masterplanning Architect to lead large-scale masterplans and urban design strategies for new developments, regeneration schemes, and mixed-use precincts.

You will collaborate with architects, landscape architects, engineers and urban planners, engage with government bodies and communities to translate social needs into resilient, sustainable places across the region.

Qualifications

• Professional Architect registration with SACAP or a degree in Urban Planning/Design.
• 8+ years of experience in urban design, masterplanning and architectural practice.
• Strong portfolio of large-scale urban design and masterplanning projects.
• Proficiency in GIS, CAD (AutoCAD, Revit), and visualisation tools.

Responsibilities
