Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture with urban focus.
• Registration as a professional SA architect.
• Minimum 8 years in urban/master planning projects.
• Proven ability to lead design teams and complex projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion and Adobe.
• Strong knowledge of SA planning legislation and building regs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with hybrid work and remote collaboration tools.
• Portfolio of urban design and architectural projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of large-scale urban projects (master planning to detail).
• Collaborate with city planners, developers, stakeholders, and engineering teams.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site analyses, and impact assessments.
• Prepare and present design proposals, reports and visualisations.
• Ensure compliance with zoning, codes and sustainability standards.

Requirements
