Develop conceptual master plans and urban design strategies for diverse city-scale projects. Conduct spatial analysis, site assessments, and feasibility studies for urban development proposals. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including architects, planners, engineers, and community stakeholders, in a virtual environment. Prepare compelling visual materials, including diagrams, renderings, and presentations, to communicate design intent. Advise on policies, guidelines, and best practices for sustainable urban development and public realm enhancement. Facilitate virtual workshops and engage with diverse stakeholders to foster consensus and gather input.
Master's degree in Urban Design, Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related discipline. Minimum of 8 years of experience in urban design and planning, with a portfolio showcasing significant urban projects. Strong expertise in urban design theory, spatial planning, and placemaking principles. Proficiency in relevant design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, GIS, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills, adapted for remote collaboration. Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and community consultation processes.
