Qualifications

• Master's degree in Urban Design, Urban Planning, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in urban design and planning with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid understanding of urban planning principles, zoning, and public policy.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects in a remote environment.
