Placements24 is seeking a Senior Urban Designer to lead major urban development and regeneration initiatives from its Randburg office. The role requires deep urban planning knowledge, sustainable design, and strong community engagement to create vibrant Gauteng cities.

You will guide multidisciplinary teams, collaborate with public and private clients, and shape design frameworks for impactful urban spaces in Randburg and beyond.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Urban Design, Urban Planning, or Architecture.
• 10+ years of experience in urban design and planning.
• Proven track record leading complex urban development projects.
• Expertise in GIS, CAD, and graphic design software.
• Strong understanding of urban systems, sustainability, and public realm design.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
