Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of upstream oil and gas production experience.
• Knowledge of artificial lift, flow assurance, and production optimization.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze well and field production data to identify losses and optimization opportunities.
• Design, implement, and manage artificial lift systems (e.g., ESPs, rod pumps, gas lift).
• Conduct flow assurance studies to prevent wax or hydrate issues.
• Perform wellbore integrity analysis and recommend remedial actions.
• Collaborate with reservoir, drilling, and operations teams for integrated strategies.
• Prepare production forecasts and reports for management.

You will analyze well performance data, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance recovery and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze well and field production data to identify production losses and opportunities for optimization.
• Design, implement, and manage artificial lift systems (e.g., ESPs, rod pumps, gas lift).
• Conduct flow assurance studies to identify and mitigate potential production issues like wax or hydrate formation.
• Perform wellbore integrity analysis and recommend remedial actions.
• Collaborate with reservoir engineers, drilling engineers, and operations personnel to develop integrated production strategies.
• Prepare production forecasts and operational reports for management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in upstream oil and gas production engineering .
• Strong understanding of artificial lift systems, production optimization techniques, and flow assurance principles.
• Proficiency in production software and data analysis tools.
