• Understanding FAIS, FICA and TCF regulations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to support retention and growth.
• Deliver exceptional service by understanding customer needs and providing appropriate banking solutions.
• Educate customers on digital, self-service and e-channel banking platforms.
• Manage leads, referrals and follow-ups within agreed turnaround times.
• Achieve individual sales, service and customer experience targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and comply with FAIS, FICA and TCF requirements.
