Job summary

FNB Estcourt is inviting applications for a Branch Advisor / Universal Advisor position within the POP network. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, advising on banking solutions, and guiding clients through digital channels.

It requires FAIS awareness, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to meet sales and service targets. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in customer-facing roles, Grade 12, and a FAIS-oriented qualification, with a commitment to ethics

Qualifications

1 to 3 years of customer-facing experience in financial services, banking, insurance or related industries.
Knowledge of FAIS, FICA, TCF and related regulatory requirements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional and ethical conduct.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team; customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships to support retention and growth.
Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and providing banking solutions.
Educate customers on digital channels, self-service, and e-channel banking platforms.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell relevant products and services.
Manage leads, referrals, and follow-ups within agreed timelines.
Achieve individual sales, service, and customer experience targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and required documentation.
Ensure compliance with FAIS, FICA, TCF and governance requirements.
