Job summary

Talent Candey in Centurion invites applications for experienced Short-Term Insurance Advisers for Personal and Commercial Lines. You will generate leads, build a strong sales pipeline, and deliver advice-led insurance solutions to personal and commercial clients.

Responsibilities include meeting regulatory requirements, maintaining knowledge of Momentum Insure products, and achieving a minimum four written policies per month. A self-driven, client-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12.
• Minimum of three years experience selling short-term insurance as a broker or tied agent.
• FAIS credits: 30 credits if appointed before 2010, or FSCA qualification list if after 2010.
• RE5 examination required.
• CPD: 12 points for one line, 18 for both Personal and Commercial lines.
• Own reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
• Computer literacy: MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Ability to generate leads and build networks via social media.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Achieve a minimum of four written policies per month.
• Maintain and update Lead Generation Matrix weekly.
• Conduct comprehensive needs analyses with prospective clients.
• Provide suitable personal and commercial short-term insurance advice.
• Build strong relationships with clients and referrals.
