Qualifications

  • 3–5 years' experience in a Foreman or supervisory role within a machine assembly or Workshop environment.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining quality control measures in assembly operations.
  • Product knowledge on flameproof equipment.
  • Proven technical troubleshooting experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the workforce, machines, and methods in the production area.
  • Lead and distribute work to achieve safety, quality, production, and delivery targets.
  • Ensure staff competence and adherence to procedures and routines.
  • Develop and manage a yearly budget, track expenses, and drive cost-saving initiatives.
  • Monitor KPIs for the assembly team and report on productivity and quality metrics to management.
  • Initiate and follow up on improvement projects, including 5S workplace organization.
