Job summary

The role requires a technical degree, at least five years in operations management, and proven ability to lead technical teams, manage budgets, and coordinate with multiple departments to align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on technical services or IT operations.
• Proven experience in managing technical teams and service delivery operations.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and technical support processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the technical services department.
• Ensure the efficient delivery of technical support and services to clients, meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
