• Matric / Grade 12 or higher.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role advantageous.
• Experience in commercial truck sales and high-volume sales environments.
• Proven experience managing and directing a sales team.
• Experience developing and implementing sales strategies.
• Strong new business development, cold calling and lead generation skills.
• Experience in customer relationship management
• SAP system experience
• Valid Code 8 driver’s licence and own vehicle
• Strong communication, organisational and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and perform under pressure
