Job summary

You will plan and execute preventive maintenance, own key performance indicators, and mentor technicians to operate and maintain equipment.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in automation/manufacturing, strong Rockwell/Siemens/Adroit Scada experience, and a background in electrical safety and SAP/Microsoft Office usage.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of AM (Autonomous Maintenance Step 4) and PM systems; ability to lead maintenance independently.
• Strong PDCA capability to drive line improvements and cost reductions.
• Lead and develop line teams; coach members on performance and career development.
• Experience with Rockwell, Siemens Automation and Adroit Scada systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance planning, PM strategies and KPI ownership for the line.
• Own centerline settings and maintenance budgets; manage R&M costs.
• Develop, own and execute preventive maintenance plans and build technician skills.
• Provide automation support across production lines and improve efficiency.
• Configure PLCs and HMIs using Rockwell software and troubleshoot effectively.
• Ensure accurate maintenance documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Lead IL6S or similar improvement initiatives to reduce process variability.
