Go2Africa, part of the Nawiri Group, seeks a talented leader to head the Sales Administration team in Cape Town. You will oversee onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching while ensuring top-tier support across the client journey and accurate rate handling.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage performance reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years leadership experience.
• 3–5 years travel industry experience.
• Professional email and telesales communication.
• Experience using HubSpot and Bazaruto (Advantageous).
• Strong planning, organisation and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the Sales Administration team, ensuring accurate, timely support across the client journey.
• Provide coaching, performance reviews and onboarding for new starters.
• Maintain onboarding and training materials; ensure compliance and competency.
• Track team performance and implement process improvements in HubSpot and Baz and related systems.
• Collaborate with Booking Operations Manager on rate discussions and client communications.
