Dante Personnel Recruitment (Pty) Ltd is seeking a detail‑oriented Transaction Support / Database Manager for an investment‑focused organisation in Johannesburg. This role blends CRM/database management with transaction support, reporting and administrative tasks across business development and client engagement.

Ideal candidates will have strong data handling, CRM experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities while liaising with stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 with strong Mathematics.
• Tertiary qualification in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems or a related field.
• Previous experience with databases and/or CRM systems.
• Exposure to transaction support, investment, financial services, investor relations or similar environment is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Comfortable learning new systems and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain client, investor, company and transaction databases.
• Ensure information is accurate, up to date and properly maintained.
• Perform database cleansing, validation and quality checks.
• Administer CRM systems and maintain opportunity pipelines.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and relevant business insights.
• Provide administrative support across transaction and business development activities.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes and follow-ups.
• Assist with targeted communication campaigns and mailing lists.
• Maintain stakeholder and business opportunity databases.
• Assist with events, conferences, webinars and client engagement activities.
• Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.
• Manage system access and liaise with relevant service providers.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and digital enablement.
• Support the adoption of emerging technology and AI-enabled tools.
