Job summary

Tych Business Solutions in Sandton seeks a Transaction Support / Database Manager to oversee databases, CRM platforms, investor and client data, and deal pipelines. You will provide operational support through the transaction lifecycle and drive governance and analytics.

You will manage databases, support business development, coordinate outreach activities, and explore automation and AI-driven improvements to enhance operations and reporting.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 with a minimum of 60% in maths.
• NDip/Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience managing databases, CRM systems, investor relations, and transaction support.
• Experience using research and transaction management platforms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain client, investor, company, and transaction databases.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, security, and governance compliance.
• Produce dashboards, reports, and analytics to support decision-making.
• Coordinate meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Administer CRM systems and maintain opportunity pipelines.
• Support investor, client, and business development initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and AI-enabled tools.
