Job summary

Arcan Consolidated is seeking a commercially driven Transaction Advisor to work on complex, high-value transactions across Project Finance and Transaction Advisory. You’ll be involved across the full transaction lifecycle—from feasibility to financial close and implementation—and will interact with clients, lenders and key project stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Project Finance/Transaction Advisory, plus experience taking capital projects from feasibility through to financial

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ Project Finance / Transaction Advisory experience.
• Experience taking capital projects from feasibility through to financial close.
• Strong financial modelling & analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee feasibility, financial structuring, fundraising, financial close and implementation across the full transaction lifecycle.
• Mentor junior team members and develop future Senior Transactor / Deal Maker talent.
• Engage with clients, lenders and key project stakeholders to drive successful deal outcomes.

• 4+ years’ Management or Strategy Consulting experience
• Infrastructure, Energy or Mining experience advantageous
