Job summary

e-Rele, based in Sandton, Johannesburg, is seeking an HR professional to build staff, providers and learners' skills. The role is hybrid and reports to the Head of People.

You will design curricula, run programmes, and oversee learnership content quality while tracking skills development and B-BBEE reporting. Responsibilities include managing external training partners and ensuring quality across academy content.
