e-Rele in Sandton is seeking a senior marketing leader to own demand generation and brand across South Africa. The role is hybrid and reports to the CEO.

You will build and execute growth strategies, own acquisition costs and conversion targets, lead the brand, content and campaign teams, and manage the marketing budget while driving partnerships and campaigns to scale a consumer-focused brand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing or growth leadership.
• Proven performance marketing track record.
• Experience scaling a consumer brand.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Startup experience advantageous.
