Job summary

Labournet, a proudly South African company, seeks a dedicated professional to enhance client compliance and development across HR, training, and governance. You will manage client retention, coordinate training plans, and ensure regulatory submissions while growing your consultancy footprint.

The role emphasizes service delivery excellence, stakeholder engagement, and development of workplace skills plans in line with sector requirements. Hybrid work options are available for applicable roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in HR/LD or related field.
• SDF Certificate (advantageous).
• Experience in delivering services to other businesses or business units (advantageous).
• Experience with WSP/ATR submissions (advantageous).
• Experience or involvement in Education, Training and Development (advantageous).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client relationships to ensure high retention and service quality.
• Manage diaries, service activities and consulting schedules.
• Act as liaison between clients, Labournet staff, and partners.
• Oversee training expenditure, planning, and recordkeeping for clients.
• Develop Workplace Skills Plans and coordinate consultations.
• Ensure submission of WSPATR to SETA and secure discretionary funding.
• Plan visitation and delivery schedules; ensure timely project delivery.
• Deliver services to maintain client satisfaction and generate referrals.
