Job summary

Labournet seeks a Training Management Specialist to identify and resolve training gaps, ensuring clients access mandatory and discretionary grants. You will collaborate with clients and providers, maintain compliance with SETA requirements, and support learning and development initiatives.

With a client-first mindset, you’ll manage delivery schedules, track outcomes, and contribute to a growing, compliant training ecosystem across South Africa.

Qualifications

• Customer-first mindset and client focus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in service industries or B2B services is advantageous.
• Experience with WSP/ATR submissions is advantageous.
• Experience in Education, Training and Development functions is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs and develop solutions for clients.
• Ensure compliance with SETA requirements and secure discretionary grants.
• Manage day-to-day compliance and training implementation queries.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and training providers.
