Job summary

Labournet is seeking a Training Management Specialist to identify clients' training needs, close training gaps from inception to execution, and ensure grant funding and SETA compliance.

You will collaborate with clients and 3rd party providers to implement effective learning programs, maintain strong relationships, and drive business opportunities through compliant training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Able to identify clients' training needs and gaps and recommend solutions.
• Experience ensuring grants compliance and accessing discretionary funding.
• Knowledge of SETA requirements and training program implementation.
• Strong client relationship management and collaboration with 3rd party providers.

Responsibilities

• Identify clients' training needs and manage resolution of training gaps from inception to execution.
• Ensure clients receive mandatory grants and access discretionary funding for training initiatives.
• Support implementation of learning and development programs and SETA compliance.
• Maintain relationships with clients and providers to enable opportunities and referrals.
