The ideal candidate will possess a Grade 12 certificate, 3 years in a call-centre, bilingual abilities including English, strong communication and multitasking skills, professional telephone etiquette, and reliable transport to cover shift schedules.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 certificate.
• 3 years call-centre experience.
• Fluent in at least two languages, including English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and Internet usage.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor and detect incidents within 3 minutes of their occurrence using various detection methods.
• Accurate logging and verification of all detected incidents; dissemination of information on active incidents.
• Dispatching of On Road Services vehicles and coordination with relevant response units during active incidents.
• Monitor, record and report all roadside and KPI-related malfunctions; complete administrative functions related to KPIs.
