Placements24 is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Trade Marketing Specialist to support FMCG initiatives in Soweto and surrounding areas. You will develop in-store marketing plans, collaborate with sales teams, and optimize shelf presence to drive sales at the point of purchase.

The ideal candidate has a Marketing or Business degree and 2–3 years of trade marketing or brand management experience in FMCG, plus strong project management and retail-channel understanding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in trade marketing or brand management in FMCG.
• Proven experience in developing and executing in-store promotions and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of the retail environment and shopper behavior.
• Excellent project management, organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with retail data analysis is a plus.
