Job summary

& Beyond is a leading hospitality brand in South Africa, seeking a Finance professional to join the Centre of Excellence and support Touring Finance activities. The role focuses on payments, reconciliations, and internal controls across multiple teams, including Sales, DMC and Commercial units.

You will maintain ledgers, ensure policy adherence, and assist with month-end close and revenue forecasting. A relevant accounting qualification and 3–5 years’ experience are preferred for this permanent

Qualifications

• Education: relevant accounting qualification or degree/diploma.
• Experience: 3–5 years in related finance roles.
• Skills: strong analytical, communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Payment and reconciliation review for supplier reconciliations and payments, including foreign suppliers.
• Maintain accurate ledgers and ensure policy compliance (AML/FICA).
• Resolve complex queries and disputes, acting as escalation point.
• Meet all month-end deadlines and support budgeting and forecasting.
• Identify process improvements to enhance team efficiency and controls.
• Full responsibility for Tourplan transactions, accounting, reporting and internal controls.
