Profile Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Toolsetter for an automotive manufacturing client in the Eastern Cape. The role focuses on setting and maintaining injection mould tools to ensure efficient production, minimal downtime and consistent quality.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with mould setups, possess good fault-finding skills, be detail-oriented and able to work shifts and overtime as required to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Toolsetter in injection moulding.
• Strong knowledge of injection moulding processes and machinery.
• Good fault-finding and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work shifts and overtime when required.

Responsabilités

• Set and change moulds on injection moulding machines.
• Optimise machine settings for production and reduce scrap.
• Troubleshoot tooling and machine-related issues.
• Monitor production to ensure quality standards.
• Perform basic maintenance and support continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
