Set, change and maintain moulds on injection moulding machines
Set and optimise machine parameters for efficient production
Monitor production processes and ensure consistent product quality
Identify and resolve tooling, machine and process-related issues
Troubleshoot faults to minimise downtime and production losses
Perform basic maintenance and assist with continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure all tooling and production activities comply with safety and operational procedures
Proven experience as a Toolsetter within an injection moulding environment - essential
Strong knowledge of injection moulding processes, tooling and machinery
Proven fault-finding and technical problem-solving ability
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work shifts and overtime as required
Good communication and teamwork skills
Hands-on approach with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
A technically capable and reliable Toolsetter who understands injection moulding, takes pride in getting the setup right and can quickly identify and resolve issues on the production floor.
