Job summary

Profile Personnel is seeking an experienced Toolmaker to join their team in East London, Eastern Cape. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical knowledge of injection moulding along with 3–5 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include maintaining injection moulds, assisting with tool trials, and performing tooling repairs.

This position offers a dynamic work environment and is suited for hands-on individuals willing to work shifts. A Heavy Duty Crane License is advantageous for applicants.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience as a qualified Toolmaker within an injection moulding environment.
• Knowledge of hot runners, grained surfaces, and 2K materials.
• Heavy Duty Crane License will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Safely maintain and care for all injection moulds.
• Ensure tooling is prepared and available for production requirements.
• Complete all required repair and defect reporting documentation.
