Job summary

Techrepo.co.za is seeking a QA Engineer to design and run end-to-end automated test suites, owning test coverage across credit product flows from origination through to data-driven processes. You will write service stubs and mocks to enable testing independent of live systems and validate data with SQL, while tracking and communicating results to surface risks early.

You will mentor less experienced engineers as the team grows and collaborate with developers to integrate testing into CI/CD

Qualifications

• Design and run end-to-end automated test suites to give the team confidence before shipping.
• Own test coverage across credit product flows from origination to account management and data-driven processes.
• Write and maintain service stubs and mocks to enable testing independent of live systems.
• Query and validate data using SQL to ensure correct outcomes.
• Track, report and communicate test results clearly, surfacing risks early.
