Job summary

Indsafri seeks an experienced Technical Test Analyst to join a digital tech environment delivering Online Tools, including web platforms, pricing engines and APIs.

You will lead end-to-end testing, implement API/UI automation, validate data integrity and mentor junior testers in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years' software testing experience.
• Degree in IT / Computer Science preferred.
• ISTQB / ISEB certification preferred.
• Strong Financial Services / Investments experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end manual and automated testing across Online Tools.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, performance, reliability and compatibility testing.
• Develop and maintain test plans, scenarios, test cases, execution results and traceability.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks and reusable test assets.
• Implement API and UI automation testing.
• Validate integrations across legacy and external systems.
• Perform financial calculation, data integrity and reconciliation testing.
• Use SQL and database tools to validate backend data accuracy.
• Participate in Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning and PI Planning.
• Drive early defect detection, quality improvement and test coverage.
• Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners and Business Analysts.
• Mentor junior testers and contribute to automation and QA strategy.
• Apply AI-enabled testing practices, including AI-assisted test case generation and risk-based testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end manual and automated testing across Online Tools.
