Job summary

BATSA seeks a Territory TMD Representative to drive trade marketing and strengthen the commercial relationship with retailers across multiple locations. You will ensure correct brand portfolios are available, promoted, and aligned with cycle plans to grow volume and share.

Reporting to the Territory Manager, you will manage route execution, retailer engagement, stock availability, pricing compliance, and outlet visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in Marketing or Sales.
• 2-3 years' experience in trade marketing or similar.
• Valid Code 08 Driver's License with proven driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Own trade marketing and commercial relationship with outlets to drive growth across Multi Category products.
• Execute the 8 Steps of a call framework to align trade activities with objectives.
• Engage retailers to communicate product benefits and promotions.
• Ensure product availability, shelf display, and pricing compliance in outlets.
• Manage stock, FIFO, and return processes in collaboration with outlets.
