Responsibilities

• Own territory sales performance, delivering revenue, growth, and profitability objectives.
• Develop and execute territory business plans using customer insights, market dynamics, and competitive activity.
• Lead complex sales opportunities from qualification through close using consultative and value-based selling.
• Manage tendering, pricing, proposal development, and commercial negotiations with internal stakeholders.
• Build long-term relationships with clinical, procurement, and commercial stakeholders.
• Apply product, procedure, clinical, and market knowledge to advise customers while ensuring compliance.
