Job summary

Unilever is hiring a Territory Executive in Durban to drive sustainable growth by engaging operators and executing a multi-touchpoint strategy. You will manage reach, penetration and usage while maintaining fully profiled operators and enabling sampling and demos.

As part of the role you will set SMART objectives, leverage RAP insights, and collaborate with Demand Creation Chefs to deliver customer-focused solutions. This position emphasizes data-driven planning and strong field execution.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of working experience in FMCG sales is required.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the Foodservice industry.
• Passion for food and the out-of-home industry.
• Preferable experience within culinary or catering environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver against business targets including reach, penetration and usage.
• Maintain Fully Profiled Operators (FPO), conduct sampling and demos.
• Execute multi-touchpoint contact strategy to generate demand.
• Set SMART call objectives based on business insights and activation.
• Collaborate with culinary teams for operator trainings and RAP insights.
• Drive digital selling and ecommerce engagement for UFS orders.
