Job summary

A24 Group is seeking a detail-focused Bid Coordinator to own the full tender lifecycle—from spotting opportunities to final submission. You will collect pricing, compliance documents, and supporting evidence, coordinating with internal teams to craft winning submissions.

You’ll build and maintain our library of templates, boilerplate content, and case studies, ensuring every tender is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time under deadline pressure.

Qualifications

• A sharp eye — errors on a tender cost us contracts.
• Deadline pressure requires calm, accurate work under tight timelines.
• Excellent written communication; translate complex info into clear copy.
• Experience in tender/bid coordination or procurement is advantageous.
• Familiarity with eTender, CIDB, or similar portals is a bonus.

The role

You'll own the full tender lifecycle — from portal alerts and RFQ responses to final submission. You'll work across internal teams to pull together pricing, compliance documents, and supporting evidence, then package it all into bids that win. No two tenders are the same. That's what makes it interesting.
