Job summary

MPRTC seeks an experienced professional to prepare and submit competitive technical and commercial tenders for electrical infrastructure and EPC construction projects. You will handle bids for substations, transmission lines and renewable energy plants, ensuring high-quality submissions.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Engineering and at least 5 years of tender experience, with strong cost estimation, negotiation and document-management skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in tender and bid preparation for infrastructure projects.
• Experience with substations, transmission lines and renewable energy projects.
• Proven track record of successful private and government tender submissions.
• Experience in cost estimation, technical proposal development and contract negotiations.
• Strong understanding of electrical infrastructure and construction methods.
• Proficiency in MS Office, tender management systems and cost estimation tools.
• Strong analytical, communication and documentation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
