Job summary

A reputable recruitment agency in Pretoria East is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage their own desk. The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director and will not face cold calling or desk fees. Responsibilities include engaging with top-tier candidates and providing excellent service to corporate clients across the IT, Finance, Insurance, and Engineering sectors. The role requires at least 2 years of recruitment agency experience, and a Grade 12 qualification is mandatory. APSO membership is a plus.

We are looking for a champion who understands the pressures and success of the recruitment industry. As a consultant within our company, you will be managing your own desk.

With NO COLDCALLING, NO DESK FEE AND NO ROLE OVER TARGETS.

You will work closely with our Managing Director to understand the market that you are targeting. Engaging with world class candidates will be one of your directives whilst charming businesses within Corporate SA with your excellent service delivery.

Requirements:

• Fully computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Must have a minimum of 2 years Recruitment Agency experience
• Education: Grade 12 with 2 years' upwards recruiting experience with APSO membership highly advantageous.
