Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an ambitious Property Sales Executive to drive growth in the Tembisa area. You will be the primary contact for buyers and sellers, guiding them through the transaction from first contact to closing.

This role rewards performance with attractive commissions and strong marketing support. You will need excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills, plus a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate and a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in property sales or a related sales field.
• Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) is a prerequisite.
• Own reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Knowledge of the Tembisa property market is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business by prospecting potential clients and nurturing existing leads.
• List and market residential properties, using effective sales and advertising strategies.
• Facilitate property viewings and provide expert advice to buyers.
• Negotiate sale agreements to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a smooth transaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local property market trends and competitor activities.
