BREAKTHROUGH STAFFING in South Africa is hiring Tracker Telesales Agents in Constantia Kloof/Weltevredenpark within a high‑performance BPO environment. You will drive new business on a dialler campaign, handle objections, and close deals to maximise commission.

The role offers a base salary of R6 250 per month with uncapped commission, incentives based on performance, and immediate start for highly motivated, target‑driven professionals ready to exceed monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Must start immediately.
• Grade 12 / Matric.
• Minimum 12 months BPO call-centre sales experience.
• Minimum 12 months Telematics / Vehicle Tracker / Vehicle Insurance telesales experience.
• Strong dialler knowledge.
• Clear criminal and ITC record (mandatory checks will be done).
