Accenture in South Africa seeks a Senior Manager in Communications, Media & Technology within the I&E practice to lead senior client relationships and end-to-end transformation delivery. You will drive AI-led change, digital core modernisation and workforce transformation, while mentoring teams and shaping large-scale engagements.

You will partner across Reinvention Engines to translate strategy into measurable client outcomes and build a high-performing, inclusive practice.

Qualifications

• Substantial consulting or senior industry experience in Communications, Media and/or Technology.
• Genuine command of the reinvention agenda: AI, cloud, digital business models, and talent/workforce transformation.
• Ability to build trusted senior client relationships and originate meaningful work.
• Strong delivery leadership to mobilise and lead complex, multidisciplinary teams.
• Natural people leader focused on growth of others and building high-performing teams.
• Outstanding communication and executive presence with C-suite influence.
• Cross-functional breadth across strategy, technology, operations and organisational change.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex transformation programmes across CMT clients.
• Apply structured problem-solving and reinvention mindset to AI adoption, core tech modernisation and workforce change.
• Work across Accenture's Reinvention Engines to bring AI, data, technology and industry capabilities to engagements.
• Maintain rigorous delivery governance and risk management to ensure outcomes are delivered.
