Job summary

Accenture in South Africa is seeking a Manager in Reinvention Services – Financial Services to lead end-to-end transformation programs for Banking, Insurance, and Wealth & Asset Management clients.

You will shape value cases, design operating models, and guide AI- and GenAI-enabled initiatives across SA and broader Africa/MEA markets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ consulting or strategy experience.
• Financial Services domain expertise.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management and storytelling skills.
• Understanding of Technology, Data, AI and GenAI.
• Bachelor’s degree (Commerce, Business Science, Engineering or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end reinvention-led strategy and transformation engagements.
• Design future-ready business and operating models.
• Define value cases, benefits realisation and reinvention roadmaps.
• Deliver AI-enabled, GenAI-driven and experience-led transformations.
• Support business development, proposals and client pursuits.
