Accenture is seeking a Manager in Reinvention Services – Financial Services to lead end-to-end reinvention engagements for banking, insurance, and wealth management. You will drive strategy, operating models and value realization across South Africa and Africa/MEA.

You will lead AI-enabled, experience-led transformations, coach teams, and contribute to client pursuits, while shaping inclusive, high-performance cultures within Reinvention Services.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of consulting or strategy experience.
